MPMLA is a social platform to improve collaboration between the citizens and the local authorities. Anyone can raise an issue in the platform to highlight issues like pot holes, uncleaned garbage or a dangerous bridge waiting to collapse. The issue gets visibility in the local area, other citizens can upvote, blog and also forward the issue to create more visibility.

As the issue gets adequate support from the localities, the issue is notified to the local authority like corporator, MLA, MP, Minister and Govt officials for a quick resolution of the problem while providing timely updates on the progress to the public.
