The issue gets visibility in the local area, other citizens can upvote, blog and also forward the issue to create more visibility.As the issue gets adequate support from the localities, the issue is notified to the local authority like corporator, MLA, MP, Minister and Govt officials for a quick resolution of the problem while providing timely updates on the progress to the public.
